Beatrice Arrigoni
Singer, composer and improviser. She trained at “Civici Corsi di Jazz” in Milan and graduated with full marks in Jazz Singing from the Conservatory of Milan. She participated in several international jazz seminars, receiving a scholarship for the improvisation workshop “Istantanee” at Cini Foundation (Venice). In 2016 she won the contest “Acquedotte” organized by MIDJ, and in 2021 she got to the final of the “MEI Superstage” jazz contest. She published her original music projects Innerscape (Emme Record Label), My River runs to thee (TRJ Records), Nel Canto Presente (Honolulu Records). She studied improvisation with Stefano Battaglia, composition with Mauro Montalbetti and vocal technique with baroque music singer Elena Carzaniga. She is a member of several projects of original music and improvisation. She performed at Bergamo Jazz Festival, Sile Jazz Festival, Festival Miniere Sonore, Festival Area M, Novara Jazz Festival, Piccolo Teatro Strehler, Arcimboldi in Milan, San Babila Theatre in Milan, Accademia Chigiana in Siena. She has collaborated with Achille Succi, Stefano Battaglia, Marco Vaggi, Giovanni Falzone, Antonio Zambrini, Claudio Fasoli, Riccardo Luppi, Roger Rota, and many others. She graduated in Modern Literature with full marks and summa cum laude.
