WE INSIST! LIVE In Martesana, May 18-19 2024
WE INSIST! Foundation was founded to give space to musical and artistic projects characterized by research, improvisation, and experimentation in jazz music.
To enhance the work of musicians active on the international contemporary jazz scene, the Foundation conceived WE INSIST! LIVE, a format already presented in previous years whose main objective is to promote artists who have collaborated and still collaborate with the WE INSIST! Records, the heart and core of the Foundation.
Two intense days in music: artists united by a constant desire for research and experimentation will create an intergenerational dialogue full of innovative ideas.
The program will include a preview of the two new spring releases from WE INSIST! Records.
The event, which will be held on 18 and 19 May, 2024 at the prestigious Casa delle Arti in Cernusco sul Naviglio, has been made possible by the collaboration of the Culture sector of the Municipality of Cernusco, the city where the Foundation has its headquarters, and also by the support of Ecomuseo Martesana APS and Cooperativa Sociale Industria Scenica Onlus.
