For the second time as a guest at the JAZZMI festival, the WE INSIST! Foundation is organizing two concerts with artists who share a constant desire for research, experimentation, and multidisciplinarity. Francesco Aroni Vigone, accompanied for the occasion by dancer Giorgio Locatelli, will present the project “Orbita,” an album produced by WE INSIST! in 2023. The international trio formed by Luca Tilli, Sebi Tramontana, and Steve Beresford will be recorded for an album scheduled for release in 2025. The event, which will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at the prestigious Casa delle Arti in Cernusco sul Naviglio, has been made possible thanks to the participation of the Culture Department of the Municipality of Cernusco, the city where the Foundation is based. The WE INSIST! Foundation was created with the aim of promoting musical and artistic projects based on research, improvisation, and experimentation in the field of jazz music. With the aim of promoting the work of musicians active on the international contemporary jazz scene, the Foundation created WE INSIST! LIVE, a format that has been established for years and whose main objective is to promote artists who have collaborated and continue to collaborate with the WE INSIST!
